Guidelines for Submitting a blog in 'The Horizon'

  1. Blog submissions: Horizon welcomes blogs from students from 1st year to 6th year and even from graduates. 


  1. Send a brief idea of topic before starting: Before writing a blog on any topic, send a brief idea of the topic to the given email address. This is to ensure that the blog is not similar to one that has already been published or is going to be published in the future. 


  2. Word Count should be limited to 700 - 1000 words.


  3. Blog submissions are to be made in the unflattened pdf or word file form to grsmuscience4life@gmail.com


  4. It is mandatory to provide images associated to your blog, the images you wish to include in your blog must be submitted to the above mentioned email (a total of 3-5 images)


  5. It is mandatory to provide references to the relevant articles that aided in the writing of the blog, you may do so by submitting the relevant citations to the above mentioned email addresses (A maximum of 5 references)


  6. Authors must provide the name they wish to feature in the blog as well as the year of graduation.


  7. Authors will receive a mail that will notify them on whether the blog submitted was approved for publishing or not.


  8. It is highly advised to refrain from including content that could hurt religious, political or national sentiments of others in your blog.
